Expansion Plans

The Salina Bible Church has outgrown its facilities and is in the process of building expansion. Expansion will consist of 3 phases. The initial phase is pictured in the orange below. The existing building is shown in brown and the exisiting garage is shown in blue.

Phase 1 is the construction of a multi-purpose center. It will be used for worship services on Sunday morning, allowing for needed increased seating capacity, and then used as a gymnasium for the remainder of the week, allowing increased youth group activities as well as exercise opportunities for all. The new building will be connected to the existing building by a covered walkway across the driveway. The detailed plans for the gym look like this:

Phase 2 includes the construction of a new worship facility, with new Sunday School rooms and offices connected to the multi-purpose center. When completed, this will allow the center to be used exclusively as a gymnasium. Phase 3 involves converting the present church facility to a Christian School ministry for grades K-12. The architect for this project is James Sampey & Associates. Our construction manager is Teamway Builders .
